Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) is a Nepali hydropower company that developed and operates two cascade run-of-river projects on the Rudi Khola with a combined 15.4 MW capacity: Rudi-A (8.8 MW) in Kaski district and Rudi-B (6.6 MW) mainly in Lamjung district, Gandaki Province. The company was incorporated on 18 December 2000 (2057/09/03 BS) as a private company and converted to a public limited company on 13 March 2017. Rudi-A commenced commercial operation on 19 March 2019 and Rudi-B on 17 February 2020. Both projects are commercially operational and supply power to the national grid. The company's authorized share capital is reported at NPR 2 billion.
