Green Ventures Limited (GVL) is a Kathmandu-based hydropower company, incorporated in 2004 and converted to a public limited company in 2019. Its principal asset is the 52.4 MW Likhu-IV Hydroelectric Project, a run-of-river scheme located in the Okhaldhunga and Ramechhap districts of Koshi Province. The project holds a 35-year generation license issued by the Ministry of Energy on 11 March 2012, using a design discharge of 26.70 m³/s and a gross head of 221.27 m. GVL has also signed an agreement to hold a 51% stake in the 180 MW Kaligandaki Gorge Hydropower Project in the Mustang and Manang districts.
